Version 1.1 · Updated September 1, 2026

Summary: the Project Prometheus app does not collect, transmit, or share any data. The website and support emails are addressed separately below.

1. Scope and data controller

This policy covers the Project Prometheus app, the pages available under amstramgram.io/prometheus, and support communications. The data controller is Jordan PELLET, the app’s individual App Store provider.

2. The app: no data collection

Project Prometheus creates no account and does not collect, transmit, or share personal or gameplay data. No advertising, analytics, or tracking SDK is active in the app. The app does not access your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifier.

Saves, accessibility preferences, audio settings, and gameplay information remain locally on the device. They stay there until they are reset in the game, when such an option is available, or until the app is uninstalled.

3. Apple

Downloads, purchases, updates, and any refund requests are handled separately by Apple under its own responsibility and Privacy Policy. Jordan PELLET does not receive your Apple credentials or payment details.

4. The website and Vercel hosting

The website contains no form, account, advertising tool, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, marketing pixel, or other third-party audience-measurement script. The code and HTTP response audit conducted on September 1, 2026 detected no cookie set by these pages. No consent banner is therefore displayed.

Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. Vercel may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, including the IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, system or browser configuration, date and time, requested URL, and request log information.

Vercel states that it retains information for the minimum period necessary for its obligations and purposes. Its documentation specifies three-day availability for “Runtime Logs,” but does not publish one retention period for all traffic, network, and security data. This information is therefore retained under the criteria and safeguards described in Vercel’s Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum.

5. Support emails

When you contact support, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. Sending this information is voluntary. It is used only to answer, diagnose the issue, follow up on the request, and, when necessary, establish or defend legal rights.

Messages are retained while the request is handled and for as long as a history is needed to follow up on the incident or meet a legal obligation. No uniform period is currently set. When messages are no longer needed, they are deleted or anonymized, subject to legal retention obligations. You may request deletion at any time; the request will be assessed in light of those obligations.

6. Legal bases and recipients

Recipients are Jordan PELLET and the strictly necessary technical service providers, including Vercel and the email provider. No data is sold or used for advertising.

7. Your rights

Depending on your situation, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@amstramgram.io. A response will be provided within the time limits set by the GDPR.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL.

8. Deleting local data

Project Prometheus has no remote account. To delete local data, use the new-game or reset option when available, or uninstall the app. To request deletion of information voluntarily sent to support, contact us.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated if features or data practices change. The update date will appear at the top of this page.
