1. Provider and acceptance
Project Prometheus is provided on the App Store by Jordan PELLET, enrolled as an individual developer. By downloading or using the app, you accept Apple’s Standard EULA and these terms to the extent they apply.
2. License
Acquiring Project Prometheus grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with App Store rules and the Standard EULA. The app is licensed, not sold; no rights in its source code or intellectual property are transferred.
3. Purchase, billing, and refunds
Project Prometheus is offered as a one-time premium purchase at the price shown in the user’s App Store region. It contains no subscription or in-app purchase. Apple processes orders, billing, and payment. Refund requests are reviewed by Apple under its rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. They may be initiated through reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Use
The app is a solo, offline strategy game. No account is required and no advertising is included. You must use it for personal and lawful purposes and follow the restrictions in the Standard EULA, including those concerning copying, redistribution, modification, and reverse engineering, subject to exceptions permitted by law.
5. Compatibility and updates
Compatible devices and minimum iOS/iPadOS versions are those shown on the App Store product page at the time of download. Updates may be offered to fix, secure, or evolve the app. Availability may depend on the device, operating system, region, and Apple services. Continued operation of an older version cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.
6. Intellectual property
Project Prometheus, its code, protected mechanics, text, interface, visuals, sounds, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The license does not authorize commercial exploitation or redistribution except where permitted by law or written authorization.
7. Support
Support is available on the Support page or at contact@amstramgram.io. Support communications are handled under the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, Jordan PELLET is not liable for interruptions or unavailability attributable to the App Store, operating system, device, or a third-party service. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, bodily injury, or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms removes or reduces statutory warranties, remedies, or mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to the conformity of digital content.
9. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Before commencing proceedings, send a written complaint to contact@amstramgram.io to seek an amicable solution.
